EOI: Consultant Pool for Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) — Apply by 2026-07-13

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to form a Consultant Pool of qualified and experienced professionals for short-term assignments across planning, development and implementation of power sector policies, standards, performance monitoring and technical advisory services.

Consultants will be engaged for specific assignment/time periods and remunerated on a deliverable-linked, time-bound (day-rate) basis. Key technical streams include:

- Design, Standards and Material Inspection: design standardization, distribution network specifications, benchmark development, material inspection automation, training and capacity building.

- Renewable Energy Integration and DSM: grid integration of DERs (solar, storage, EVs), AMI/SCADA/APMS, policy and regulatory frameworks for DSM and energy efficiency, cybersecurity, data governance and digital infrastructure.

- Policy, Regulatory Affairs and Market Reforms: policy updates, regulatory frameworks, tariff and market reforms, review of regulatory proceedings and petitions.

- Economics, Finance and Risk Management: financing instruments, PPPs, green finance, economic modelling and risk assessment for policy initiatives.

- Transmission & Distribution Infrastructure Planning: T&D expansion, network studies, steady-state and dynamic analyses, planning for grid codes and resilient operations.
