PAA Tender: Supply & Installation of 2 Under-Vehicle Surveillance Systems (UVSS) at Main Entrance, Multan Airport

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) — Division Engineer E S E/M Works, MIAP Multan.

Purpose: Procurement, provisioning and installation of Qty-02 new Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) at the Main Entrance Gate of PAA (Multan).

Procurement Method: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PAA procurement instructions.

Bid Submission: All bidders must submit bids electronically through the PAA e-bidding platform (ePADS v2.0) and are required to register on ePADS. Physical original bid security in the prescribed format must reach the office of the undersigned before bid submission deadline. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.

Important Deadlines and Opening:

• Submission Deadline (e-bids): 2026-07-10 by 11:00 AM (Friday)
• Physical submission of bid security on same day by 11:30 AM; technical bids will be opened thereafter.
