- Tender documents available for collection from Sami Foundation Head Office (Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh) from June 20 to June 28, 2026 (weekdays). Tender pack also downloadable from www.samifoundation.org.pk.
- Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation Head Office, Umerkot, on or before 11:00 am on 2026-06-29. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of attending suppliers or their representatives.
- Bidders may apply for single or multiple lots. Sami Foundation may divide orders lot-wise. Suppliers must quote all items in a lot; partial quotations will be rejected. Each supplier must quote only one option per item; bids with multiple options may be rejected.
- Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging and allied costs up to point of delivery. Bid guarantee: 2.5% of the bid value for the lot(s) applied for, submitted as CDR/Pay-order in favour of "Sami Foundation". Bids without bid security may not be considered; bid security may be forfeited if selected bidder refuses to sign the supply contract.
- Tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning reason. Suppliers must not engage in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices; offenders may be rejected and blacklisted. Lowest price will not be the sole criterion: quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered.
- Vendors should have active filer status with an NTN number as per Tax Ordinance 2001. Tax will be deducted at source as per Government of Pakistan tax law.
