Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Fixing of Visitor Chairs at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites bids through the EPADS/e-procurement system from contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (registration valid up to 30 June 2026) for supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs at the outer synthetic athletic track and grassy football ground, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available at PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals in accordance with bidding instructions; manual submissions will not be accepted.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

- Firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents and be PEC-registered as specified.
- Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and presence on ATL, with bank statement.
- Submit a notarized affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
- Bid security/earnest money (as specified above) must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal; the original must reach the undersigned before the closing date/time or the bid will be considered non-responsive.
- Submit one hard copy of the technical proposal (no financial proposal hard copy) as uploaded on EPADS. In case of discrepancy, the downloaded proposal documents prevail.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
