Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). Sealed tenders are invited through EPADs from eligible contractors/firms in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules (Single Stage Two Envelope System). Bidders must be registered with PEC, KPRA (active), FBR (NTN active) and enlisted with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee KP for the current year.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each package. Bidding document fee: PKR 10,000 per package. Bids to be submitted online via EPADs; technical and financial bids must be uploaded as per EPADs requirements. Refer to PDA terms and conditions for required documentary evidence, submission procedures and evaluation criteria.
