Issuer: National Highway Authority (Maintenance Region M-4). Procurement for highway safety works to provide and fix barbed wire (NBC & SBC) on Motorway M-4 (Multan–Pindi Bhattian).
Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes via NHA e-bidding. Bidding documents available for free download from NHA website from 2026-06-25. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.
