Document availability: Tender documents available from Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC, M-9 Super Highway, DHA City Karachi from 08-06-2026 during working hours on submission of a written request, valid PEC certificate and payment of Rs. 5,000 (pay order).
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.
Submission & bid opening: Sealed bids to be delivered to Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC on or before 2026-06-22 at 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened at 15:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later specified date.
Bid security: Pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the financial bid.
Other conditions: Firms that obtained documents in response to the 09-05-2026 notice must re-submit documents without additional charges. DHA City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
