Tender: Sale of Animal Hides, Bones and Live Calves — Military Farm Kharian Cantt (FY 2026–27)

The Officer Commanding, Military Farm Kharian Cantt invites quotations/tenders for the period 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 for miscellaneous items including dead animal hides and bones, and live calves of cows and buffaloes. Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidders on 30 June 2026 at 11:00. A call deposit of Rs. 15,000 with each tender is mandatory, payable to the Director General Remount Veterinary and Farms, GHQ Rawalpindi; tenders submitted without this deposit will be rejected.

Income tax and sales tax will be deducted as per applicable law. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject quotations without giving reason. If the tender cannot be held on the scheduled date it will be reheld on 15 July 2026. Monthly auctions of condemned stores, other items and animals, and procurement of animal feed, medicines and related items will be conducted every Thursday.
