GE (Army) Karachi Tender Notice for Minor Maintenance, E&M & Utility Works

Governor Engineer (GE) (Army), Karachi (29 Liaquat Barracks, Karachi) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rules 13(1) & 28 of 2004 for the following works. Tender documents will be issued only to firms/contractors meeting the stated eligibility and credential requirements.

How to Apply: Contractors must submit applications to GE (Army) Kci, 29 Liaquat Barracks, Karachi for issuance of tender documents along with credentials as required. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms/contractors with sufficient relevant experience and who meet any special conditions for the job and area.

Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors must provide a certificate stating they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in the Court of Law and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Firms not on the approved MES list must submit statements of previous experience detailing works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand on the prescribed proforma.

Submission & Opening: Sealed tenders will be received in the office of the accepting officer by 2026-09-14 until 11:30 hours. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same date. Desirous contractors may be present at the time of opening.
