Punjab Auqaf Organization (Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Punjab) invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms/contractors for civil works for the year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding (Least Cost Based Selection / responsive in technical bid) and PPRA rules. Bids are to be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement portal/E-PADS.

- Tendering method: Single Stage Two Envelope (technical proposals and financial bids). Bids must comply with PPRA procurement rules and related regulations.
