Tender Notice — GE (Army) Karachi: Minor Maintenance, E&M, W&S and Utility Works (Bid Closing 2026-09-14)

General Engineer (Army), Liaquat Barracks, Karachi invites sealed tenders for multiple maintenance, electrical/mechanical, water & sewerage and related utility works in accordance with PPRA Rules. Qualified contractors may apply for issuance of tender documents; sealed bids will be received and opened on the date shown below.

How to apply / submission requirements: Contractors must submit applications to GE (Army), Liaquat Barracks Karachi for issuance of tender documents along with credentials as described in the notice. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents will only be issued to firms/contractors with sufficient relevant experience and the required financial/technical capacity for the job/area. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the accepting officer.

Mandatory conditions: Contractors must provide a certificate stating they are not involved in any litigation with Government Departments or that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ) is outstanding. All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration; firms not registered with PEC are ineligible. Firms not on MES approved lists must furnish statement of previous experience detailing works executed in the last two years and works currently in hand, on the proforma provided.

Key dates and times: Sealed tenders will be received in the office of the accepting officer by 2026-09-14 until 11:30 hours and will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same date. Desirous contractors may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
