Tender: Water Supply & Sewerage Services — Municipal Committee Mianwali

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Mianwali. Municipal Committee Mianwali invites sealed item-rate tenders from eligible contractors/firms/suppliers for municipal works. • Bid security (earnest money) must be submitted digitally as required; earnest money is specified at 5% in the advertisement.
• Bidders must quote item-wise rates, scan the complete bid and upload electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.
• Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut/overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected.
• Performance guarantee and time for completion will be as per bidding documents and relevant government rules.
• The Competent Authority may reject any or all bids prior to approval/acceptance.

• Bid submission period: from publication date until 2026-09-16 at 12:00 PM via Punjab E-Procurement.
• Bid opening: 2026-09-16 at 12:30 PM on Punjab E-Procurement in the office of Municipal Committee Mianwali (tender opening committee) in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
