The Court of Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi, issues a proclamation requiring accused Abdur Rehman (Import Manager, M/s. Global International; Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi) to appear in Case No. 250/2023 (F.L.R No. 17/2023-R&D(East)). He is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 16, 32(1), 32(A), 26, 79(1), 155M, 192, 209 and 166 of the Customs Act, 1969.
The accused is required to appear before the Court on 2026-07-13 at 8:30 a.m. This proclamation was given under the hand and seal of the Court on 2026-06-02 by the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi.
