The Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi has issued a proclamation under Section 87 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 247/2023 (FIR No. 14/2023-R&D (East)) in State vs. Haroon Brothers Steel & others. The court states that Abdur Rehman, Import Manager of M/s. Global International (Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi), is accused of offences under the Customs Act, 1969 and a warrant of arrest could not be executed because he is absconding or concealing himself.
The accused is required to appear before the court to answer the complaint on 2026-07-13 at 8:30 a.m.. The proclamation was issued by the Special Judge on 2026-05-22 (PID (K) 104/2026).
