Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd invites sealed proposals/quotations from experienced firms/sub-contractors for the rental supply of a marine diesel generator set to provide temporary electric power for a ship under construction.

Submission & opening: Bidders must submit their offers in a single sealed outer envelope containing two separate sealed envelopes (1) TECHNICAL PROPOSAL with Pre-Qualification Form signed and stamped by the sub-contractor, and (2) COMMERCIAL / FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. Offers must be submitted before 11:00 hours on 2026-10-12. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 hours on 2026-10-12 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives; commercial/financial proposals will be opened later for technically qualified bidders as determined by KSEW Ltd.
Bid validity: 90 days.
