Public Notice: Proposed 44% Share Transfer in Crown City Gwadar Phase 11 (63 acres)

This is a public notice regarding a residential scheme known as Crown City Gwadar Phase 11 (Moza Chhatti Sani, Tehsil & District Gwadar) comprising 63 acres, Khata No. 11, with NOC No. 05/43/GDA/HS(8) issued in the name of Al Aziz Wide Players (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. The company’s director, Nadeem Ahmed (son of Munir Ahmed, CNIC: 5-352020922708), proposes to transfer a 44% share in the scheme to Khawaja Amirn Parvez (CNIC: 3-6550785-35202).

Any person, institution or company having an objection to this proposed transfer must submit a written objection with supporting documents within 15 days of this notice’s publication via WhatsApp or registered courier to both named recipients in Lahore: Nadeem Ahmed (Lahore; mobile 0321-8499125) and Khawaja Amirn Parvez (Lahore; mobile 0300-8430404). Objections received after the specified period will not be considered and legal action will follow accordingly.
