Water & Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contractual basis for a period of three (03) years (non-extendable). The appointment seeks a senior, qualified, and experienced professional to lead WSSP, drive organizational strategy, ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence, and represent the organization with government, donors and stakeholders.

| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience relevant to the role, including at least 7 years in senior leadership positions (e.g., CEO, GM, Director equivalent to BPS-19 or above) in public or private sector organisations, field operations or service delivery for engineering projects. |
| Age | Maximum up to 55 years as on closing date of the advertisement. |
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, set organizational direction and ensure achievement of corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, financial plans and operational strategies to ensure financial sustainability and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, procurement and governance requirements and maintain strong relationships with government, donors, stakeholders and contractors.
- Oversee project planning and execution, service quality, customer relations and continuous improvement across operations.
- Establish sound organizational systems for budgeting, performance monitoring, HR, procurement and reporting.

Important Notes
- Applications with third division in academic records or GPA less than 1.66 (45%) will not be considered.
- Experience claims must be supported by relevant documentary evidence. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Equivalence certificates from HEC are required where applicable.
