Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan / Bacha Khan Dental College (BKDC) invites applications for contract-based faculty positions. Appointments will follow MTI policy and Board regulations and the provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI Act, 2015.

Terms & Conditions (key points)

- Services of the incumbents shall be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 and MTI Regulations.
- Selected candidates will be required to submit accepted resignation from their existing employment (if applicable) before appointment; appointment may become full-time institutional service.
- Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant; the selection committee's decision will be final and subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no further correspondence will be entertained after final decision.
- Quota for minority/disable applicants will be treated as per government policy.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

How to Apply

- Obtain the prescribed job application form from the college website or office.
- Submit a duly filled application along with attested copies of degrees/diplomas, experience & training certificates, research publications, PMDC registration/license (where applicable), CNIC, two passport-size photographs, and any other required documents.
- All documents should be sent through registered courier service with the post applied for clearly marked on the envelope to the address of the Dean, Bacha Khan Dental College / MTI Mardan.
- Applicants must attach a bank deposit of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable processing fee) with the application. Bank deposit details as advertised:
