Tender: Provision of Rental Vehicle Services (Monthly/Pool & Intercity) — DEEP, Ministry of IT

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders/service providers for the provision of rental vehicle services under the DEEP project. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable guidelines.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Bidding documents: Interested bidders may download the complete Tender Document free of cost from the official website of the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) or the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and submit electronic bids through e-PADS.
• Bid submission: Electronic bids (technical and financial proposals) must be submitted through the e-PADS platform by the deadline stated in the Tender Document. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
• Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the form prescribed in the Tender Document.
• Pre-bid conference: A pre-bid conference will be held at the DEEP Project Office, 2nd Floor, Telecom Foundation Complex, Sector G-9/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad. (Refer to the Tender Document for date and time.)
• Opening of bids: Submitted electronic bids will be opened on the specified date and time in the Tender Document; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening.
• Clarifications and submission queries: Requests for clarification on the Tender Document should be submitted through e-PADS or via the contact below during working hours as indicated in the Tender Document.
