Tender: Establish Food Court & Parking Adjacent to DDLG Office — Municipal Committee Chakwal

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for the construction of a Food Court and Parking adjacent to DDLG Office, MC Chakwal. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) only.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities and online Punjab e-Procurement System; possess valid PEC registration, FBR registration, PRA and Punjab e-procurement registration; valid NTN/PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in prescribed form. Bidders must upload tax, technical and financial documents through the e-Procurement System as prescribed in the bidding documents.

Other key terms: Procurement will be conducted under Single Stage–One Envelope procedure. Bid validity: 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Successful bidder must execute work according to sanctioned estimates, technical specifications and conditions; deposit additional Performance Security/Quality Assurance Security where applicable as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017.
