Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The Ministry invites e-bids from well‑reputed manufacturers and/or authorized dealers for supply of giveaway items for Hajj pilgrims, Hajj‑2027. Procurement will be conducted through the Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, via the e‑PAk Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
Key dates and submission: Closing date & time for submission of bids: 2026-10-06 at 11:00 AM. Date & time of opening of bids: 2026-10-06 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal (e‑bidding). Bidding documents, terms and conditions, and technical specifications are available on the EPADS portal and the Ministry website.
Eligibility: Well‑reputed manufacturers and/or authorized dealers as specified in the bidding documents.
