The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for works for the Wellness Complex, Minister Enclave, Islamabad financed from FY 2026-27 funds. Procurement will be conducted under a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
E-bidding documents are available and submissions must be made via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). E-bids must be submitted by Friday, 24 July 2026 at 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Bid security as specified in the bidding documents is required; manual submissions will not be accepted.
