Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction/procurement works for the Wellness Complex, Minister Enclave, Islamabad. Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested bidders must be registered on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be accompanied by the bid security specified in the bidding documents (e.g., pay order or call deposit).
E-bidding documents and detailed terms are available on EPADS. Submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, 24 July 2026 at 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Grievance Redressal Committee notification and additional information are available on the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
