The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites bids from eligible firms for provision of nationwide courier services for the Education Testing Council (ETC) covering test material & sealed boxes and normal mails. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules (Single Stage, Two Envelope) and HEC tender procedures.
