Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from FBR-registered firms for supply of office furniture and furnishings on free delivery basis to the consignee as defined in the bidding document for FY 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
Bid security: PKR 250,000.
Submission & opening: E-bids must be uploaded on or before 2026-08-31. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual submission on the same day is not allowed after 11:00 AM.
Bid validity: The bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days thereafter, the bid security shall be in favor of CEO IESCO and valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (total 118 days).
Document access & registration: Tender documents, terms, specifications and e-bidding instructions are available on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) and IESCO websites. Vendors must be registered on EPADS; a tutorial and registration links are provided on the portal.
