Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e‑bids from FBR‑registered firms for supply and free delivery of office furniture to the consignee as per the tender document. Tender No./E‑PADS No.: 68/P76762.
Submission & Opening: E‑bids must be submitted through the e‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E‑PADS) v2.0 on or before 2026-08-31 by 10:30 AM. E‑bids will be opened the same day, 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM, in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives at the Office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G‑7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad. Manual (physical) bids will not be entertained.
Bid Security & Validity: Amount of bid security: PKR 250,000/-. Bid validity: 90 days. Bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (total 118 days). Bid security must be submitted in original (Pay Order/Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee) at the time of bid opening as required in the tender.
Procurement Procedure & Submission Portal: Single Stage–One Envelope procedure will be used in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. All bidding documents, required information and submission must be made via the E‑PADS portal (EPADS v2.0). Vendors may register or upload mandatory documents at the EPADS portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk).
Important Notes: Bids must cover full tender quantities; partial/short‑quantity bids will be rejected. Bidders uploading false/fake information may face blacklisting. Only bids submitted in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents will be considered.
