Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Career opportunity for Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Reporting to Unit Head – Corporate Banking) in the Corporate & Investment Banking area, based in Karachi. Employment on a contractual basis for three years (may be renewed at management discretion).

| Education / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduate in Business Studies / Finance / Commerce / Economics / Accounting / Engineering or relevant field from a university/college/institute recognized by HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications (CA, ICMA, ACCA, CMA) or certifications such as CFA (any level) or FRM preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of experience in banking industry in Corporate Credit and/or Corporate Lending. |
| Key Skills | Financial analysis and strong write-ups; MS Office proficiency; analytical mindset; ownership and ability to work under pressure; preparation of credit memoranda; client engagement management; understanding of SBP commercial/corporate borrower regulations and credit products for large borrowers. |

Main responsibilities include identifying, originating and onboarding corporate clients per approved target markets; end-to-end client relationship management from pitch and facility structuring to disbursement and portfolio monitoring; preparing comprehensive credit proposals; ensuring documentation and account housekeeping; working with Unit Head to target prospects; monitoring and controlling exposures; cross-selling trade finance, cash management, treasury/FX and other banking solutions; and supporting revenue generation and client servicing.
