Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) of Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited invites applications from dynamic, qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Chief Internal Auditor on a contract basis. The role will lead internal audit functions, ensure strong internal controls and support governance and risk management across the organisation.

Position	Chief Internal Auditor (contract)
Key Responsibilities	Evaluate accounting, financial, credit and other operational activities as an independent appraisal function. Review and appraise soundness, adequacy and application of accounting, financial and operational controls. Formulate internal audit programs covering all aspects of financial transactions. Develop an effective team of competent subordinates and be able to discharge associated obligations. Maintain liaison with external and commercial auditors of the Company. Coordinate with the Audit Committee of the Board and undertake special audits and investigations as directed by the Board Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of compliance functions.
Eligibility & Experience	Member of a recognized body of professional accountants: CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international university/institute. Minimum 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles. Demonstrated expertise in auditing and risk management, designing internal control procedures, and effective compliance oversight. Must meet Fit & Proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
