E-Procurement Tenders — Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan (Single-Stage, Single-Envelope)

Office of the Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP System). Bidders must be registered with PEC (2026-27), FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and have Active Taxpayer Status. Works are for execution of Maintenance & Repair / Development schemes based on MRS (2nd Binalwal) 2026.

Submission & eligibility highlights:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure by 10:00 AM on the closing date; bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Hand, courier, post or email submissions will not be accepted.

- Bidders must quote item rates against DNIT/BOQs and complete rate analysis/summary; incomplete financial submissions may be rejected.

- Bid security and performance guarantee to be submitted electronically through the EP System (SWIFT MT-760) with contract tender number & PSID. Advising Bank: BOP (BIC: BOPIPKKAEDG).

- Submission of forged/misleading documents will lead to rejection, blacklisting and legal action. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules (2014 as amended) and PPRA guidelines. Bidders quoting 5% or more below the sanctioned estimate may be required to deposit additional performance security up to a maximum of 10% within 15 days of notification.
