Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of the following development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS).
Submission & opening: E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-30 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on 2026-09-30 at 11:30 AM. Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening. Completion period for all schemes: 03 months.
Eligibility & procedure: Single Stage–One Envelope procedure via Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities, including PEC, FBR and Punjab e-Procurement System, and possess valid NTN/PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. All mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed in the bidding documents. Taxes, duties and statutory charges are the responsibility of the bidder.
PEC / Additional securities: The bidder must upload a valid PEC Contractor Licence for 2026 with the relevant specialization and category covering the scheme’s estimated cost. Where applicable, additional performance/quality assurance security shall be deposited in accordance with Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017 and Project Procurement Regulations.
