| Maximum Age | 50 years |
| Minimum Qualification | Master’s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Degrees must be from HEC-recognized national or international institutions. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant data analysis, research or business intelligence experience are also encouraged to apply. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related fields. Practical experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or equivalent). Working knowledge of SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet analysis. Experience in data collection frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, performance indicators and management reporting systems. Strong data cleaning/validation/quality assurance skills. Ability to convert data into dashboards, reports and presentations for management. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. |
| Preferred / Added Advantage | Experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sector. Working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation/automation/statistical analysis/forecasting. Understanding of Pakistan’s IT/ITES sector, ICT exports, technology companies, skills landscape and public-sector data structures. Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, visualization or statistical analysis. |
