| Manager — Data & Research | 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Economics / Engineering / Business Analytics or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in data analysis / research or business intelligence are encouraged to apply. Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related fields. Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or equivalent). Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced spreadsheet-based analysis. Practical experience in data collection frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, performance indicators, reporting and quality assurance. Working knowledge of Python / R for data transformation, automation, statistical analysis and forecasting. Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. | Islamabad (PSEB Headquarters) |
Preferred / Added Advantages: experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sectors; domain knowledge of Pakistan’s IT/ITeS sector; familiarity with data governance, business intelligence, visualization or statistical analysis.
