Manager Data & Research — Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Career Opportunity

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
• Experience in data collection frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, KPIs and management reporting systems.
• Data cleaning, validation and quality assurance; ability to convert data into dashboards, reports and presentations for managers and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

• Experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sector.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation, automation and statistical analysis/forecasting.
• Understanding of Pakistan's IT/ITES sector, technology companies, skills landscape and public-sector data structures.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, visualization or statistical analysis.
