Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) seeks qualified candidates for the position of Manager, Data & Research to support the organisation's data, research and business-intelligence initiatives.

Position Maximum Age Minimum Qualification Experience & Key Requirements Preferred / Added Advantage
Manager, Data & Research 50 years Minimum 16 years of education (Master's degree or equivalent) in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Economics / Engineering / Business Analytics or related discipline. Degree must be HEC-recognized.
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data-visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or equivalent).
  • Practical experience with SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis; data collection frameworks and survey tools; dataset management and validation/quality assurance.
  • Experience in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations for decision-makers; strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Experience in public sector / ICT industry / consulting / development sector.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation, automation and statistical analysis.
  • Understanding of Pakistan's IT / ITES sector, ICT exports and technology company landscape.
