Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, invites applications for the position of Manager – Data & Research to support Pakistan’s IT and IT‑enabled services export growth through data analysis, business intelligence and research.

| Manager – Data & Research | 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s or equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Degrees must be from an HEC‑recognized national or international university. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant data analysis, research or business intelligence experience are also encouraged to apply. | Minimum 4 years of post‑qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related fields. Hands‑on experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or equivalent). Working knowledge of SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet analytics. Experience with data collection frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, KPIs/monitoring & evaluation systems, data cleaning/validation and preparing dashboards/reports/presentations for decision‑makers. | Experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development; working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation, automation and statistical analysis/forecasting; understanding of Pakistan’s IT/ITeS sector, ICT exports and public sector data structures; relevant certifications in data analytics, BI, visualization or statistical analysis. |
