Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication is inviting applications for contract positions for the PSDP project “GDPR-Driven ISO Compliance & IT Export Enhancement Program.” Appointments will be on a contract basis for qualified professionals.

| Project Manager (PPS-09) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resources / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / Engineering / IT. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 or GDPR preferred. | Minimum 8 years professional experience including at least 4 years managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies. Experience on PSDP, ADP or other government-funded projects preferred. |
| Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09) | 45 years | MBA (Finance) / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from an institute/university recognized by HEC. | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience handling finance/accounts functions: processing bills, payables/receivables, complex transactions, fund reconciliation, financial reporting, documentation, financial analysis and due diligence. Knowledge of tax and sales tax. International certification preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resources / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in HR, administration, project management, capacity development. Preference to candidates with PSDP/ADP/government project experience. |
| Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resources / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT / Project Management. | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project management and monitoring & evaluation, with at least 3 years working on PSDP projects. |
