Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) — a body under the Ministry of IT & Telecom — invites applications for multiple contract-based positions to support export growth, capacity building and IT export enhancement programs. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Government/semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel. Only post-qualification experience will be considered. PSEB reserves the right to cancel any vacancy.

Experience with PSDP/ADP/donor-funded projects preferred. |
| Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09) | Up to 45 years | MBA (Finance) / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute. | Minimum 8 years relevant post-qualification experience in finance/accounts, bill processing, budgets, procurement, reconciliations, financial planning and audits. Experience with donor-funded projects and government/PSDP/ADP procedures preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS-08) | Up to 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resources / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. | Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in project implementation, management, development, or monitoring & evaluation. Candidates with PSDP/ADP/donor project experience preferred. |
| Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | Up to 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resources / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. | Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in project management, monitoring & evaluation or related roles. Experience in PSDP/ADP/donor-funded projects preferred. |
