Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for contract positions under the PSDP project “GDPR‑Driven ISO Compliance & IT Export Enhancement”. Only candidates meeting the stated eligibility will be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Government/semi‑government employees must apply through proper channel.

| Finance Manager / DDO (PPS‑09) | 45 years | MBA (Finance) / ACCA or equivalent from HEC‑recognised institute. | About 8 years post‑qualification experience in finance/accounts, processing bills, payables/receivables, fund reconciliation, donor‑funded project accounting, audits and due diligence. Knowledge of tax laws (sales tax etc.) desirable. International certification preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS‑08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC‑recognised university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. | Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in relevant areas such as project management, HR or capacity development. Preference for experience on PSDP/ADP/government projects. |
| Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS‑08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from HEC‑recognised university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. | Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in monitoring & evaluation / project monitoring. Preference for experience on PSDP/ADP/government projects. |
