MES Tender: Term and Repair/Maint Contracts for External Works at Kharian Cantt — Submit by 2026-09-24

Military Engineer Services (MES), GE (Svcs) Kharian invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for multiple term and repair/maintenance contracts for external works at Kharian Cantt. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized firms with sufficient relevant experience and who meet the special conditions for the job and area.

Key deadlines and submission:

Applications must be received in the office of the accepting officer by 11:30 Hrs on 24 Sep 2026. Applications will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.

Mandatory eligibility and submission requirements:

• Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); copy of PEC registration must be submitted. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C & D with relevant experience should apply.
• Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with a Government department and that no outstanding special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in's Branch GHQ) exists against them.
• Applications should include complete credentials as listed under serial 8 (information on name of work, time allowed for completion, departmental commencement, progress of work in hand during last two years, and performance report by the Engineer-in-Charge).
• Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening if they desire.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders (per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules).
