FESCO Invitation for Bids (E‑PADS) – Supply Material Packages for 132 kV Grid Stations

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids through E‑PADS for multiple material supply packages for 132 kV grid stations. Bidding is open to eligible firms meeting the published eligibility and documentary requirements. Bids must be submitted online through E‑PADS before the closing time.

- Last date/time for submission (via E‑PADS): 2026-09-25 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO, Faisalabad.

- Bidding is through the E‑PADS electronic bidding system.

Eligibility & requirements (summary)

- Identity documents of supplier/firm partners or directors are required.

- Bidders must have successfully completed at least two contracts of a similar nature within the last ten (10) years awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, DISCOs, or equivalent, supported by completion certificates; cumulative value of those contracts should be at least 40% of the quoted cost.

- Firms must be on the active tax payer list and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years.

- Firms must possess relevant Sales Tax Registration / General Sales Tax (GST) registration as applicable.

- Bid security/earnest money and other financial conditions must be provided as per bidding documents (details available in the tender documents).
