NLC Pre-Qualification for Contractors — Enlistment for Construction Works Across Pakistan

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites fresh applications for pre-qualification/enlistment of contractors for construction works (buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, sewerage, water supply, dams, hydro power, rail, solar, electrical, telecom, etc.) across Pakistan. Qualification criteria and minimum requirements are published on the Contractors Enlistment Portal at www.nic.com.pk; apply via the Portal under the Registration tab. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/- must be submitted as a demand draft/pay order in favour of National Logistics Corporation HQ Engrs Collection and uploaded to the Portal.

Applications must be uploaded before 11:30 am on the last working day of each month (applications opened 30 minutes after closing). Incomplete applications will not be considered. Already enlisted contractors need not reapply but may apply online to change financial limits or enlistment category in line with PEC changes. Advertisement valid until 31 December 2026.
