Tender: Maintenance & Repair of Boys and Girls Hostels — University of Narowal

University of Narowal invites sealed bids from contractors and construction firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 and above (and renewed up-to-current financial year) for maintenance and repair of existing boys and girls hostels at University of Narowal (New Campus).

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with an active tax profile and hold PEC registration in Category C-4 or above.

Submission method: A single package containing technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped in conformity with the tender document, must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Deadlines & opening: Bids must be submitted by 09:00 AM on 2026-09-25. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date via the e-Procurement system.

Bid security & performance guarantee: 5% bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed; physical instruments (CDR, etc.) will not be accepted for bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 10% performance guarantee as per PPRA rules in the form of CDR/DD/Bank Guarantee/Universal Check in favour of the Treasurer, University of Narowal within 15 days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance.

Procurement rules & documents: Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules/PPRA. Tender documents and detailed terms are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders are responsible for timely uploading of complete bids; the University is not responsible for e-procurement system issues.
