District Council Vehari Tender: Rehabilitation/Construction of Metalled Road (1.308 km)

District Council Vehari invites electronic bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope SST procedure) from eligible firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following development scheme. Firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license/entitlement for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility, technical and qualification requirements prescribed in the bidding documents.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and PPRA Regulations. The Punjab e-Procurement portal is used for publishing and submission.

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a Digital Bid Security / e-Bank Guarantee through the e-Procurement system. Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted; bids without a valid Digital Bid Security/e-Bank Guarantee will be rejected.

- Technical and financial proposals must be prepared and submitted as specified in the bidding documents. Separate bidding documents containing detailed instructions, technical specifications, qualification/eligibility criteria, BOQs/Drawings and other conditions are available/downloadable from the Punjab e-Procurement System/PPRA Punjab website from the date of publication.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
