District Council Vehari — Electronic Tender Notice for Road Rehabilitation Works

Office of the District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the rehabilitation of metalled roads. Firms must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable. Key submission requirements:

• Bids to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System only.
• Bid submission deadline: on or before 2026-10-06 at 01:00 PM (bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of the District Council Vehari).
• Bid Security: equal to 5% of the estimated cost, to be submitted in the form of a digital Bank Guarantee (e-BG) via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Performance Security: successful bidder to furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with Rule 56 of PPRA Procurement Rules (as amended).
• Manual/hard-copy bids will not be accepted; late bids will be rejected. Bid validity and other conditions apply as per bidding documents.
