Instructions: Interested firms must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals via the EPADS system as per the Terms of Reference (TORs). Proposals must be received before the closing date/time. Firms must possess valid PEC registration in relevant codes and KPRA registration. The successful bidder will be liable for applicable taxes, withholding tax, duties, service charges, sales tax and other statutory levies at prevailing rates.
