EOI: Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for NPPMCL (FY 2026-2027)

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026-2027. The audit engagement will be conducted under the Companies Act 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023, and selected firms will be engaged through a Quality and Cost Based selection method.

Eligible firms must submit EOIs via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and provide authenticated documentary evidence of eligibility, including valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, minimum 20 years of practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, entitlement under Audit Oversight Board regulations, audit experience for listed, public sector and energy-sector companies as specified, and staffing thresholds (at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners employed by 31-12-2025).
