Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State Owned Enterprise), invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights at the Pakistan Railway Network under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from REDAMCO's corporate office during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com. Sealed bids for each product category (containing a Technical Bid and a Financial Bid) must be submitted in the prescribed format along with the required bid security in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR in favour of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited (REDAMCO). Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Procurement will follow Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per PPRA Rules 2004 (amended).

Submission & opening schedule: Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-15 at 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
REDAMCO reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid at any time prior to acceptance without incurring any liability, as per PPRA Rules. The accepted amount will be subject to the specified annual increase.
