SMEDA e-Bids: Security Services for Head Office Lahore — Bid Deadline 23 July 2026

Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites electronic bids (Tender No. SMEDA/OM-A&CS/047) from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for provision of security services for SMEDA Head Office, Lahore. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) method under Public Procurement Rules, 2004; all bids must include a Bid Securing Declaration and the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement.
