Punjab Building Department E-Tender Notice — Attock Construction & Repair Works (Bid Opening 2026-09-30)

Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders from registered engineering firms/contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) under PPRA rules for the works listed below. Bidders must register on the e-Procurement System, submit bids and 5% bid security electronically as prescribed. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi. Bidders shall appear at the office of the Commissioner on the opening date and time. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected.
