Pre-Qualification Notice: Construction of Residences for Lahore High Court Officials at Phulwari, Lahore

Issuer: Communication & Works Department (Government of Punjab) — Executive Engineer, 4th Buildings Division, Lahore & Superintending Engineer, Building Circle No.3, Lahore.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of eligible firms/contractors for the construction of residences for officials and officers of the Lahore High Court at Phulwari (District Lahore).

Eligibility Criteria:

• PEC registration: Firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CB or above with a valid license.
• Specialized Codes: Firms must possess valid specialized codes CE10, EE05, ME02 and ME03.
• Experience: Participating firms/contractors must have adequate experience in execution of projects of similar nature, scope and complexity.
• Detailed eligibility requirements and terms are provided in the Pre-Qualification Document available on the e-Procurement system.

Submission Guidelines & Process:

• Pre-Qualification Document (complete requirements, terms and conditions) is available to registered bidders through the e-Procurement system.
• Submission Mode: All required documents along with supporting evidence demonstrating the firm's qualifications must be submitted online through the e-Procurement system. Manual submissions will NOT be accepted.
• Clarifications: Any additional information or clarification may be sought through the designated clarification section on the e-Procurement system until 2022-09-26.
• Refer to the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website for the Pre-Qualification Document, responses and further instructions.
